Gulluoglu is probably the best baklava in the whole wide world. Baklava as we know comes originally from Gaziantep. They have the patent. Other cultures try to make it aswell but nothing beats the original baklava of Turkey gaziantep🇹🇷

Actually, ingredient are not much different except "Soğuk baklava" (a new variety). Most of them are made with dough, butter, syrup and pistachio (or another nut). Some varieties include extra butterfat inside like Şöbiyet.
