Going Maniac for some build testing (literally)

I don't know if it would be too OP, but I think a nice buff for maniac would be allowing max hysteria all the time. Instead of having time periods you're capped at like 2/3

Maniac is in a really weird perk deck situation right now. Basically all of the existing decks offer a unique spin on the gameplan that makes it so that you need to accomodate the playstyle and grow into it. With Maniac it feels less like a unique playstyle and more like a deck that prioritises the basics to an almost ridicilous degree. It feels unfinished and playing Maniac genuinely feels like you're lacking in gameplan beyond "Shoot the bad man".

Hey, try crook, with all the armor and armor regen buffs, is quite usefull tbh on dsod with the HBV you can tank 3 hits with frenzy aced, With

crook only reaches 2 shot with hbv, and that's with die hard aced, iron man basic and frenzy aced

you can get get a 3 shot setup on suit muscle with no jokers alternatively you can also get a 3 shot setup with ICTV, Frenzy aced, with partners on crime aced that perkdeck its pretty poggers

you hit people and your team gets flat damage reduction which is nice on lower difficulties, but on the highest one, regular cops hit for 225 damage, and 60 dmg reduction from the perk deck is worthless, the point of this video is to make the perk deck somehow viable

@@Refo3000 With frenzy, the 225 becomes, 168,75. (Fully aced frenzy with 25% damage reduction) With maniac, it becomes 165. The difference is quite small, so you can say it's the same. You have to work for the 60dmg reduction, but it's for the whole team, when frenzy just gives reduction per player. It's not completely useless.
