Tell me about it. It drives me around the bend. I seem to get all the faulty things or things which just don't work very well. I suspect that it's actually my fault as I'm the only common factor!!! But you are correct, I seem to get more than my fair share of duff stuff.

Hi Andy. How did you get on with the Stellalyra f5 a while back? I am thinking about a faster scope than my f10 sct. Your new rig looks good. Wonder why it is raining!

Hello, thanks for the message and for watching, I am hopefully going to get the f5 8 inch newtonian up and running very soon. It will be early in the new year, it normally takes a day to get a scope rigged/configured and collimated. Best wishes.

That’s very unlucky when you were set up ready to go….also could Pegasus have nit sorted direct with you over a teamviewer session, would have saved time sending back, they have done this with me before with firmware issues…. Hope it get sorted soon…👍🏻

We went through various faulty finding via email to Pegasus and they didn't know what the issue was. They then asked me to return it to the supplier for verification of the issue, which they did. Then Pegasus apparently sent some new firmware, the supplier is now on their holiday so I can't do any mono imaging until it is resolved and returned. It's a bit frustrating. Thanks.

@@AndyofAstro that’s a real shame I have a lot of Pegasus kit and always been good I have QHY cameras and filter wheels though and has similar issues with QHY wheel, which always happened on reversing the direction so they changed the FW so it goes same way all the time

Any reason for the larger Efw and 2” filters whilst using the 533 or is that just future proofing ,
