I always pickup the 18C and even a 1911 or p92 to build it with, cause it's great finishers and you can run it as your silenced takeout or an smg in a sniper/dmr/pistol build. The time to kill with the 18c is fine if your opponent doesn't expect it.

This is what ive started doing a lot. If i find the P18C or a Skorpion, i take them, and if i find EMT gear i take it and have a Pistol, EMT and Sniper Combo. At long range, unbeatable because of the instant healing.
