Good thing is that ur not sick and u have the energy to get up and workout. At least u don't have to worry about have symptoms lasting long after ur test is negative. You book it again after ur isolation

It is definitely upsetting to rearrange plans in order to quarantine, but I am happy that you are still healthy! Though, I feel like an isolation video of how you are coping with quarantine is probably really relatable to many. Anyway, you got this babe, you just have to strive to not let this hiccup prevent you from those healthy habits you were starting. ;)

I got tested positive the same day and let me tell you I'm still so unwell. I'm not able to move and I literally have all the symptoms -COUGH,FEVER,THROAT ACHE.WORST BODY ACHES and a lot of other things. you are blessed to be so perfectly healthy. Just think about that and you will feel amazing.
