This was so goofy, I loved it! The different shot angles and sizes show how much effort you put into the video, but there's a simplicity about it. My favorite aspect is how candidly you speak to the camera, it adds a dry humor to the video lol

i really miss going on random strolls and exploring places, identifying small wildlife and discovering things i failed to notice ottherwise. I have been in a depressive rut since two months now and have been inside but watching this is kinda the push i needed, thanks.

happy to help! Yeah honestly try documenting it - it motivated me to get outside. Though where I am is starting to get cold and rainy so I think the seasonal depression is about to kick in :(. Hope you get some sun wherever you are! It helps me!

@@tristansaucedoyt please take care, cold and rainy weather is quite overwhelming, it was raining heavy here for the last two months so I guess that's what I went through too. Try to move your body anyway, to some nice music whenever you can:) you're doing great so far!

journaling is actually the best. I've been doing it for a while (video coming soon most likely) and it really helps. It's not a cure for depression, but meditation also helps. There's loads of good ones but Waking Up with sam Harris you can get for free (though if I wasn't unemployed I'd pay for it tbh). poke around and you'll be able to request a scholarship
