I tried this recently but farmed some good weaponry & bananas first. I used up two mighty lynel bows, four savage bows, almost thirty bombs,* even more fire fruit, a few rubies, 15 chuchu jellies, and a bucket load of arrows. The last stage of Ganondorf destroyed all but one of my four shields. At least I had an excess of lynel horn weapons. *That one boss takes chip damage when it's not knocked back into the wall. Good news is that most of the bosses don't do gloom damage, and have anti-one hit built in for people with a full four hearts.
