Great video! What's a house code or "raw stock"?

Often electronics companies will buy components with specific tolerances or sorting, and will get a unique part number to go with it. That's a "house number" which only means something to the manufacturer and purchaser, unless you know the general part equivalent. I haven't heard of "raw stock" in terms of electronics; you can have raw stock of wood for carpentry, or raw stock of metal for metalwork. Not sure what it references in electronic components.

Surprised those gold plated bois at the end are 308s. I've only ever seen them as 108s in the CDIP/Gold package. I built a run of ~30 pedals using similar LM108ADs a couple years ago and they were super fun.

You should totally do a limited run of gold rat clones with the gold 308s! Gold enclosure, gold knobs and hardware, gold painted pcb etc ;)
