The bt 601 and 709 is for color spaces. 709 is what you typically use for non-hdr hd video, where 601 is sometimes used in combination with NTSC videos. As far as I remember, 601 isn't used that much anymore

I just tried out the Drunk Filter and if you add in the pulse and different color options you can get some really striking effects!!

bt601 thing was probably a color range conversion thing, maybe regarding the partial/full rgb range, im not sure. it's only useful in really niche purposes though if at all

With the border shader you gotta add pixels on the outside. so in the settings where you'd add the .shader file it'll ask how many pixels from top, bottom, left or right. Then you add the border and it does it.

Oh really? I tried doing that but it didn't change much for me. I'll give it another try :)

@@DeSynkro yeah it's a bit hanky but that's how I did it. Have to add the pixels to the outside before you apply the shader file. I think otherwise there's issues.

Unfortunately Shader Filter no longer appears to work. Every effect just results in a black screen, I've not been able to find a fix and this issue occurred with both v27 & v28.

Seems like the original Shaderfilter was removed from the OBSForum for some reason. Not sure why. I uploaded the plugin to my Discord for the time being if you really wanna get your hands on it.
