Going Through HELL for a HELLRAISER III Prop - Screen Used Pinhead | The Collection with Sean Clark

What started out as a simple "look at this cool prop I bought" video segment turned into something completely different, a total nightmare. Couple things about this video (SPOILER ALERT)
This video was shot in order of the events as they happened. So yes I was quite angry. Believe it or not I edited out much harsher things I said. This is the tame version if there is one.
I have nothing against The Prop Store of London & Los Angeles. In the end they made things right. However I never received any apology from their Director of Operations which is disappointing. After what I told their C.O.O. in great detail I am shocked I didn't receive an e-mail or phone call from the guy apologizing. It honestly solidifies my opinion of the man. I've had more polite customer service at a White Castle drive-thru window at 3:00 am than I did with this one individual.

At the time of purchase these expensive ventures always 'sting' the wallet. . . . but years down the line the hassle fades, and the good memories remain I once bought an authentic HR Giger signed, Alien III movie prop figure which was about 4' tall . . . and the price really cleaned me out at the time, . . . . . . but, it turns out to have been a good investment in the long term, as many years later i sold it on a auction site for many, many hundreds more than i paid for it (i regret selling it now, but hard times occasionally come to us all!)

It's a really impressive piece of art, I remember seeing it at Image Animation the FX company that made it, this pillar was in the workshop when I had an interview with the company and was shown around the workshop. You did amazing to get it in your house in one piece the foam is very brittle as it ages, would have looked even better on a slow rotating base but your efforts were already monumental. Congrats on surviving your journey through hell "but we have such sights to show you," lol

I TOTALLY feel ur pain Sean, I did appliance delivery and installation for over 5 years and had to dolly many GINORMIOUS fridges and laundry centers into peoples houses and sometimes up flights of stairs...sometimes with a dolly, sometimes with straps carrying them up. I can only imagine how much that Pillar weighs :O But yeah it's an absolutely gorgeous piece of art and one of the crown jewels of horror movies. I wonder if the Neca figures of the early 2000s had one with the 8 inch version.i know how u feel though.i finally retired my 1999 Toshiba TV bc I finally got a modern tv with a Blu ray player.that beast was on a coffee table that was on a dresser.j had picked it up and put it up there,in my late 30s...I'm 45 now easier coming down.but my house was built in 1942.the doorways are kind of narrow sliding it on the side and inching it out at an angle, sliding it through the kitchen had to back my truck up to lower it Into the bed,apparently Toshiba tvs go for a bit of money,the second hand store we have called Steered Straight is omy about 4 blocks from the house..it took 3 people to get it...so yes I know the struggle..and just getting an 05 projection screen to the back room through a narrow hallway..they're heavier than they look
