Great selection again matey.. love the likes of Quantum Leap and the Bottom shows.. was lucky enough to see one of the live shows at the Birmingham O2 originally.. super funny to watch and great off the cuff banter between the x2 of them when they got things wrong 😂

Innerspace, really nostalgic film for me. I first saw it when I was about 7 years old and it was a bizarre concept for young me, but I still loved it 🙂

The interest for me about your videos is that I have never heard of maybe 90 % of the movies you show. People really do have very different tastes. I think the first Halloween movie was the only one mentioned in this video I have on Blu-ray myself (and like). That Princess Bride cover art is insanely good! That's one movie I have never seen. I hadn't even heard about the movie a few years ago, but I have watched KZbin videos by movie collectors as yourself and everybody seems to love this movie, so maybe I should see it and find out what's the fuzz about? Your Graveyard Shift copy is Dutch. I don't believe a Finnish/Nordic release even exists. It would have been hilarious, if the big spider showed itself while you where showing the Spider-Man collection!🕷

12:10 no way you cannot make this up, I literally just finished watching Heavy Metal 2000 and the mini featurette about Julie Strain on the blu ray and then I resumed your video at almost the exact point you started talking about her! Totally agree with you, it’s a tragedy what happened to her and she did seem like a great person

@@Redroomantics wow that's a crazy coincidence.

Great video as always, we have the same taste. Do you like the shows Vicious and Blacks Books? My wife loves Mrs Browns Boys and Open All Hours/ Still Open, but it’s so hard to find British Tv comedies on physical media in the US. BTW that spider was HUGE, thought it might have been a mouse at first! Lookin forward to part 5

@John_The_Movie_Man I've never seen vicious but Black Books is a favourite. Yeah the spider was massive.

Really enjoying these collection overview videos. You have a nice collection and you seem to be quite knowledgeable about certain stuff (such as who directed what). I also admire your restraint in sticking with the DVD format and not being so overly eager to upgrade everything to 4K.

I'm a big fan of the format. I upgrade certain movies to 4k but cost wise, it's not a financial viability at this point. I always wanted to be a film director so I familiarise myself with directors and their works to get a better understanding of the craft. Thanks for the comment.

@@CineApocalypseOnline Cool. Being a film student, I understand that myself. Btw, Innerspace does have a UK Blu-Ray release, and the Christophe Gans film you were thinking of is Brotherhood of the Wolf.

Spider on the floor at 11:08 running towards the camera, yikes! 😮

It scared the shit out of me which is why there are cuts at that point. That thing was fucking huge.

@@CineApocalypseOnline No kidding! I just finished watching the video and see that you did comment on it at the end. TBH I didn't notice any edits and thought either you hadn't seen it or were being remarkably calm about it. 😅
