I just recently moved to Kelowna BC Canada which is about 4.5 hours away from Vancouver BC Canada and I gotta say I’m really looking forward to the wintertime! My fiancé grew up in Kelowna and he said that It’s a lot colder & snowier than in Vancouver and I lived in Vancouver my whole life until we moved to Kelowna this past summer and I honestly cannot wait for winter because I THRIVE in the cold weather!

As someone who’s grown up in cold weather their entire life (Maine) I agree snow and cool weather is beautiful and so fun for the holidays. Makes November/December so cute! But I will say if you’re a poor person living in a cold climate it sucks 😅 if you’re well of and can afford to do winter sports all January-April then it’s super fun and you probably have great tires and a good car but for us poor folk it’s kind of miserable after the first month or two 🫠
