Castles and Coasters is pretty awful. I’ve lived in Arizona most of my life and just recently took my daughter there in July. Was on the bumper cars and had the same issue with the steering wheel! Thought that thing was gonna break down! I thought the bumper boat was going to break down too from how hot the motor was! I rode all the coasters as well as the larger vertical drop. My ex took my daughter again the day after with his other two kids and they got stuck at the top of the vertical drop for 15 minutes! And it is higgghhh up! I had a fun time, but definitely wasn’t worth the money. The place feels old and dirty. Makes you wonder what they do with all the money they make from admissions. Phoenix definitely needs an amusement park because there aren’t any!

That place was a teen hang out in the 80’s & 90’s. I often went there in the 90’s .. it was fun , clean & employees enjoyed working there .. I jabs not been back there since 2000. Recently my niece went there -no social distance & no masks & mostly none of the area were being disinfected.. especially the games inside .. My niece got sick 🤒 a few days later .. she had to go to urgent care , thank goodness tested negative for Covid. She remembers that when she bought a drink, she happened to see the ice machine -it looked dirty & she said the drink smelled funny. She didn’t continue drinking that drink.. when her friend poured it out, told her the ice had mold or some black stuff on it .🥶🤢. Agree-don’t waste your money going there .. not even for the putput golf.
