Yeah I can only see this if he watched some champion tutorials and the mechanics transfer well. I guess there are people playing mobile games with keyboard and mouse so could be.

If he is of 6 then he must be good at mobile legends and have watched enough league videos to know common phrases and stuff. Him saying he was interested in league because of vision makes me want to believe it.
