Hey Ash, I've been using giant, guards, poison, night witch,mega minion, e wiz, zap and log in ladder even before the buff to the guards, its freaking solid, it got me to the legendary arena as a level 9 and now I'm up in th 4300 as a level 10! Level 5 guards can take alone max e barbs now with buff! I'm so happy :')

Ash, you should try doing a deck review on the version with legendaries as well (with miner/ e-wiz/ inferno dragon). Having a giant and a miner allows more flexibility. And having either the e-wiz/ inferno dragon/ musketeer will make the deck function differently.

Towards the end of the goison meta the prince was definitely used. I remember playing the same goison deck as EVERYBODY was playing at the time and I'm almost certain it was near enough exactly the same as deck number 3. Maybe without the mega minion...

Free to play players like myself are not able to play in challenges very often and most of these decks aren't really viable on ladder for us because they contain Epics or Legendaries. Elite barbs & RGG are not a problem when you also have the max level cards, it's only a problem when you have level 10 commons and the opponent unleashes max level elite barbarians (very common in 3900-4400 trophy range)

Hey Ash! I've created a new hog deck that utilizes the Hunter! What do you think? Hog Hunter Ice Golem Ice Spirit Inferno Dragon Mega Minion Tombstone Fireball Quick Summary: Every single card in this deck, except for hog, is mainly defensive. The strategy is to defend and send over the hog with troops behind. Hunter paired with distraction troops like the skeletons from the tombstone, or a tank like ice golem does work against anything, and can be a tank killer if inferno drag is not in cycle. Every other card is common knowledge on how to defend with. When sending over the hog, the troops should NOT attack with the hog. The key is to have the troops left over from defense cancel out their answer to your hog after they killed him.

After thus update ladder has become unbearable. I thought supercell didn't want the game to become too offensive. I've seen a guy with giant, elite barbarians, mirror, hog, Prince, goblin barrel, zap and the log. Most of the decks I faced had at least 2-3 offensive cards(hog, Royal giant etc. )
