Goji is great, but is the quality of it good? You also must control your diet for it to work.
@wowxd577511 жыл бұрын
goji may be a scam juice wise. But eating the goji berries itself is very healthy. This guy is a buisness man its his job. and he seem to be doing good. Better to buy fresh/dried Goji berries :)

So none of these people that get taken by this scam can recognize a sales schlub like this guy. They deserve to be taken. It's because of these gullible folks that we must endure infomercials and spam ads, and why the advertisement industry addresses people on the mentality of a 10 year old. Good grief.

they do a test to see if it has protein ? - "negligible" protein isnt what is beneficial, ist the polysaccharides, and i figure other antioxidants. they didnt test for those. im not saying Goji is a cancer cure, but, if you are going to try and shoot-down something like this, you need to have a small amount of understanding of the product and claim. to tell the public it is low in protein or beta-carotene is just stupid. no one claimed protein was the magic bullet. no one WOULD claim protein was a magic bullet... no one that has ANY understanding of nutrition. The people trying to shoot it down are worse than the people selling it.

+brad mayeux do you even know what a 'polysaccharide' is?

+Kevin Lacoursiere long chain sugar/carb, what of it?some polysaccharides are anti-oxidant boosters

Any food we eat needs to be in its natural whole foods state. Live micro nutrients and enzymes are only found in fresh berries not factory processed juices. Every juice fan who owns his own Omega 8004 Juicer knows fresh juice is best and should be used within 2 days of being juiced to get the full benefits. Store bought juice is basically sugar water with some vitamin content but all live micro nutrients and enzymes are dead or have been removed in a pasteurization process at the factory. I will grow my own Goji Berries from seeds.

Wise words Charles, growing your own is so much cheaper. Pay 40€ (about 60 bucks) per kilo (2lbs) dried goji berries, ain't so cheap. Just get a basic light, pot, and buy quality soil to get started. Later on if you're into it you can get your own soil for that, outdoors or make a small indoor compost with certain worms or if you got rabbits. I got Bill Mollison's book, should do that and make some instructions though I bet you can find some with a minute of search.

Everyone knows Goji fruit is good for the over all health. Why would they come against that. The one's making medicine have a stake in this commercial.

If only people will stop drinking the juice and pills,and eat the raw goji, duh..
@SuperModerngranny7 жыл бұрын
I just buy goji berries from Chinese medical hall....CHEAP CHEAP!! Just a few berries in hot water, brew and drink! No need to spend all that money on some commercial 'goji' juice! Why are so many people dependant on commercialized stuff????! There are no special formulas...just plain old goji berries (fresh or dried) and goji leaves!!! Go figure!

not to forget that the chines spray with heavy insecticides, testing was done on so called organic green tea and it turned out to have insecticides in the tea. does gogi suffer from the same practice? i would say yes but who knows.

Grow your own Goji berry plant. It is a bush and it grows like a vine. Take care of it and it will give you huge returns.

goji berries are not a fucking scam PERIOD

Why so many dislikes here? The information provided in this show is probably a lot more creditable than the goji juice seller's claims.

if you're stupid. keep taking those pills and watching your idiot box.
@Bonnie8688 жыл бұрын
The scam is in the marketing & the profit margin. The claims are valid for the berry benefits; fast grower, easy to care for, easy to start new ones from cuttings, heat & drought tolerant, well suited for either container or in-ground up to zone 2

It's too bad that reporters can only find the negative wherever they look. I have used Goji juice felt the difference and feel it's worth the money. My children and I dod not get sick when we drink the Goji juice regularly. I was not impressed with "scientific lab" results the reporter worked on. Why not use a spectrometer to really find out what's in it?

The things it can help prevent are true but you can buy goji berry fresh or dried goji berries from health stores you don't have to pay all that they are pretty cheap dry and you can rehydrate them
@nomparfait12 жыл бұрын
Grow some Goji of your own &/or buy some goji berries from a healthfood store if u want organic, your nearest asian market if you're not into organics (or if u can't afford he organic berries). I just started growing some plants, looking forward to some (organic) berries in a few yrs!!!

@worryphree14 жыл бұрын
@tongitstingots I like raw, organic goji berries. You don't need the "juice." EarthShiftProject on youtube has some good data on this. The juice probably has some good effects, but I'd guess nowhere near as good as raw, organic. Peace!

If it was about health it would be a LOT cheaper... but as it is now... it's seems it's money... it maybe healthy but the business idea promoting it is mental...

Im sorry but one food does not do it all. Make your diet plant based whole foods and that produces all the anti oxidants the body needs. Barry Gourmet & Raw. Juice make it your self.

Hi, can someone help us to explain what actually happen to goji juice in North America. Is Mendell a liar? Is the report on the benefits of the juice genuine?The sale is spreading like wild fire in Singapore and the surrounding region.If they are false and contain misleading info. Mindell is evil.

What the FUCK .. 50$ a bottle? I bet there isn't even a fist full of berries in that shit. Just ordered 600grams of Goji berries for 6.99euro's, wanted to try them never had them before. Was buying my protein shake/powder and got some zero noodles/slim noodles, some organic pasta sauce from the online shop I get all my fitness stuff from (trying to lose weight) and saw the goji berries .. bought some of them to try them out. They contain a lot of nutrients and if they taste ok I would consume like 1/4th of a cup when I feel like it in a smoothie or in my protein shake etc. Or just as a snack if I really like them.

You get what you pay for. The product being debunked in this video turned my health around more than any other thing I had tried in 10 years. Those shrivelled up, pathetic things that are labelled as 'Goji berries' will do you little good. Dried, irradiated...most of the actives have been destroyed. You could eat 1/4 ton and you wouldn't get much good out of them.
