The outro is the same as 'The Art of Dying' and yes, it's guitar tracks played backwards. I reversed it once for fun to hear what it originally sounds like. the outro leads to the start of vacuity, and it has great impact on how this goes after this track. if you would listen to vacuity I would suggest you do it listening to esoteric again and then jump right in. its absurd

I saw Gojira in 2012, they played the song 'Of blood and salt' for the very first time ever played live! I filmed it. It is on my YT channel. Frederik Thordenhal (Meshuggah guitarist) and Devin Townsend (no need to even say where he's from as everyone knows he is a fkn GOD) were on stage with Gojira during this song!

But when joe screams you have the power to heal yourself, he is doing hertas with his feet which can be tricky. His fills are something out of this world. Mario= G.O.A.T
