That doesn’t make sense, if she could have made a rule like this why wouldn’t she have made a rule like “Decay no longer exists” or any other quirk to have won against Shigaraki. Based on the conditions of New Order, curse energy is incorporeal, so it wouldn’t fall under the rules of New Order

S&S needs to be able to make contact/interact with her targets to establish rules, curse energy is not corporeal nor is she a sorcerer so she wouldn’t be able to understand it to make impactful rules

the fight with Gojo and sukuna shows that when gojo is serious he doesn't hesitate, the fisrt thing he did with sukuna was land a 200% Hollow purple then a domain expansion. plus he can teleport with certain conditions and he has after images which with basic movement and being stated to be way faster than maki who is faster than mach 3. in my opinion gojo slams, because even if you take away infinity he is still stupidly strong due to his crazy healing factor

This fight is basically all comes down to who haves more knowledge, but if neither of them play smart, I think that gojo has the upperhand since he don't need to speak to use his power

While Stars and Stripes is way stronger, I think Gojo is decently faster with any end you use, so that'd help him react whenever Stars and Stripes disables infinity. Especially since he has absurd perception speed (like when he was able to relive 3 years of his life in a single minute) so even if she did bypass infinity, it wouldnt be an instant win, so that small bit of leniency makes me side Gojo mroe often than not.
