There is still Yorozu's gift that she left 4 Sukuna as well to add to his list of things. While also mentioning that he is still missing one finger and that Gojo must have it. If we also assume the preserved mummified body of Sukunas original body also being soaked in his cursed energy and we do see him eat it that may also add to Sukuna's overall strength that most probably underestimated as well. Making this fight one to really set the stage

For Gojo's side I could imagine him doing some light training. Very similar to Frieza in the Revival of F arc. Along with creating his very own new cursed technique in the time before the fight to now. Possibly even getting some help from the others that we don't know about yet. Or better yet Gojo learned how to create a heavenly pact to give himself a boost at cost to even the field given everything Sukuna can throw at him. It's really exciting to see break down

As far as the tragic end. This is just my own guess, but I could see it being Megumins' death. If Nobara's fate is still left in limbo and Todo does come back. It would be cool to see him, Choso and Yuji all fighting together in the end. Alongside Nobara too lol. She could follow a team flow of a death thought to happen like Yuji but didn't happen. Only for Megumi to truly die out of the group. Even from the greater good. The tragedy being a close friend dying. While winning the day the toll to great. Even calling back to Gojo's comment to Mei about how she wouldn't cry because she is strong but even Gojo is shown crying at Megumi's death. I'm sure some other character's may fall too from Gojo's camp as a sort of compromise between the two endings the author proposed. But I firmly believe it won't be Gojo, Shakopee, Yuji, Yuta, Mai, the old man and Mei. I'd think everyone else is at play to play into no jujitsu sorcerer dies without regret but that's just my take on it

Does anyone have any ideas how the weight distribution system of Chimera Shadow Garden where the caster bears the weight might be effected by purple, red, and blue? Could Gojo create enough "imaginary mass" to drown Sukuna in his own technique? That being said, Sukuna could bear much more weight than Megumi likely could.
