People dont seem to understand Gojos abilities. Artificially holding his organs together should be childs play for someone that can create their own event horizon. Toji never stood a chance. Why? Because your only arguments to let Toji win is based on a what if. The what if Toji knew to just cut off Gojos head. Too bad what ifs dont win fights. Toji didnt do this which means he fell short. This might sound brutal but your what ifs did not happen. Toji after weakening and luring Gojo into a trap still failed to finish the job. Which means even after all he did he still didnt take his enemy serious enough. Heres a brutal example of efficiency. If you think you killed me but you didnt. You lose.

I always thought 'how come toji doesn't seem to age at all'.. like.. he saw gojo as a kid.. and as an teenager and he still toji doesn't seem different at all..
