Love your content and generally agree with your opinions. The lone disagreement I have is with the "assess your body shape in a mirror" advice. NOPE. First, it is impossible to be objective with yourself. Your experience and view of your body is heavily filtered by the brain (everyone has at least a touch of body dysmorphia, even if it is not pathological). Second, A massive of women are wearing the wrong bra size! Get a proper bra fitting. THEN take a photo of yourself in the mirror. Print that photo out in full-page format and trace your outline. When looking at the tracing - thin black lines on white paper - you can be far more objective than you can do when looking in the mirror. That way, with a proper bra and an abstracted silhouette, you are much more likely to get it right.
