Meet Cristina Hulguin, the resilient hero of Robinsons Retail Holdings, Inc., the retail affiliate of JG Summit and one of the largest multi-format retailers in the Philippines. In November 2013, Super Typhoon Yolanda devastated Tacloban City, destroying the lives and livelihood of our people. Cristy, the Operations Manager then of Robinsons Supermarket Tacloban, prioritized her responsibilities to her team and the community, exemplifying the Gokongwei Group’s core values of stewardship. Her selflessness saved lives, ensured the team’s welfare, and led to the swift reopening of Robinsons Tacloban, aiding the city's recovery. Being in the company for 22-years, Cristy's continued commitment and dedication embodies the Gokongwei Group's spirit of "malasakit" and leadership.
