No , I missed them making that wish. Eternal youth won't stop starvation just aging. Immortality means they would starve then perpetually be in that emaciated state!!. KREWvincelifekrew - I missed the HBTC being updated like that because food water, bathing, bedding etc was always an issue to be provided and placed inside by Mr.. Po Po prior to usage!! Dende and Kami would have to level up in power to make a No Dehydration or Starvation clause on the HBTC!! If Dende and Kami did that also, then my apologies I, missed that also🤔😅

And whether you like it or not eternal youth just slows down the process allowing the user to go without food longer than a standard being. Immortality can stop dehydration as it restores damage or rather cant be damaged, dehydration is when the Sault in your body is completely gone.... Nearly. Which can cause damage or eternal damage in the way you move,so immortality and eternal youth are really helpful.

@aliceslater7222 I'm not attempting to like or dislike it. They will remain young and being immortal means (according to DBS -Goku Black Arc) that damage will be done to the point of death and then regeneration back to their previous state. So, they would keep suffering from starvation and dehydration being that they would continously train harder, depleting salts and organs , glands shutting down faster. That's an excruciatingly painful way to keep training. Kami & Dende (who would have had to make this wish while they were either outside or before the HBTC entrance closed - because the Dragon's power can't reach the inside of the chamber or they would have just wished them free) should have wished that They were made immortals eternally at the prime of their youth supplied containers filled with one Kiloliter of Spring Water to match each of the 2 million Senzu Beans inside with them! 🤔🤣😂😅😐😑🫡
