I always imagined the ultra instinct to be like a second being living in each one of us a being not controled by a mind like the one use right now, a being that is the combination of the thoughts of our own each muscle, bone, cell, etc. and they all worked together but at the same time each one had is own reaction speed ( the so called by us of instinct) the other goku(MUI) that the goku saw in that illusion was that being. i believe there are some people on our world( probably martial artists as well) that were able to awaken that version of themselves in fights for exemple but i beleive they were only able to keep them awaken for less than a minute, since even the smalest thought you start having with your mind would immediately "shut off" of send back to "sleep" that being of pure instinct you have. Thats how I think how "ultra Instinct" in real life works, what do you guys think?

Actually the Ultra Instinct is really based on something that already exists and it's taught on some martial arts: Mushin (this meaning "Empty Mind" if I'm not mistaken) and it's basically what you described here :)
