12:48 Pretty sure you have to fight cell max for him to do the full combo because why would it have a small character get a full combo in the air bye a giant. 14:47 pretty sure it’s the same for core breaker to use it on cell max to probably get that animation of cell max trying to block the core breaker

Gamer Goku the giant orange piccolo ultimate attack will do a extra something if you put cell Max in the offline training make sure you put piccolo super hero on the player in put cell max on the CPU

If you didn't see the movie piccolo's power awaken form AKA his ultimate form doesn't have those lines anymore. In other words, the form is actually accurate. It's kind of funny that you didn't utilize piccolo's moves correctly I believe that moves might be working on characters that are giants.
