Kakarot will of course look the best, but I really liked Burst Limit's approach. Goku stared back at where he shot for a bit, meaning he probably did not want it to come to that in the end, but his expression was still angry, showing how the Super Saiyan transformation really changed him. It also looked really good as a bonus

Whatttt no Tenkaichi 3? I respect that. Kakarot really took it for me too, it was actually fun. Burst Limit is a STAPLE in my top 3 100%. I take Tenkaichi 3 over Budokai 1
