Set your stable of fighters new game+ style against the stables of Capcom and SNK, all within a 2D system that ignores feats, but acknowledges relative strengths. Basically, make a char like Akuma equal to Beerus, Goku equal to Ryu, Dan Hibiki equal to Mr. Satan, Geese equal to Freeza, and Perfect Cell is equal to Ultimate Rugal.
