The thing about Saitama is his character writing is more open ended. There are no hints about any upper limit to his power. So far whatever we have seen could easily be nothing compared to his full power. If the author wants Saitama to be the strongest character in all of fiction, he can easily be made into one with even more unimaginable feats. If Saitama can scale his powers based on his enemies' strength, it could only mean that he can defeat anyone.

Can we adore the fact that when Saitama punched Boros he didn't hit him literally as in only the air released by his punch hit him and split the atmosphere and almost killing Boros (he was still conscious before he actually died).
