yea, sadly, I didn't use any of the music from the DLC hoping it would avoid the issue, but I get it sometimes too on some custom battles... The game desperately needs a few fixes and tweaks... I am cooking up something new and more cinematic, I will try to find a workaround the music issue

It's disappointing they didn't give us a super saiyan 3 vegeta (and maybe a super saiyan goku black). But only God knows cumber wouldve been great in this game along with any other dragon ball heroes saiyan and other characters too.
