YAnkumi has to many boys in the drama ver.. It was kind of easy to predict what was gonna happen to the next season as it goes on. They like just remaking it,and, just changing the characters but similar plot... Where as in the manga she only has Shinohara and Shin..

I like this pair along with ShinKumi and RyuKumi :D Anyway, can anyone help me...ettou, if Yankumi is 23 when she taught at Shirokin and Shin's 18, and 2 years later she went to Kurogin, so she's already 25 and Shin is 21 and her class' age at Kurogin will be 18 or 19 (not sure)..after Kurogin she went to Akadou, so she'll be 26 or 27..I assumed that Kazama is 18 so their gap is like nine years? gomen, I suck at math and I needed accurate info for the fanfic I'm writing about them :D :D

I ship them as siblings.. Idk why I like Yankumi & Ren as being a siblings behavior.The affection of being protective older sister to his hardheaded little brother is so endearing sametime so melancholic esp when he got accident... And one thing is Their age are from frm each other even Odagiri is season 2 they were not compatible coz he's really too young that time not until in Movie version like wow Odagiri really so matured and I can say him and Yankumi is compatible now. Maybe reason why Yankumi and sawada are more compatible bcoz their age in the drama is not far frm each other even their faces coz Yankumi aka Nikie NAKAMA in 2002 she's really young were Season1 made , season 2 in 2005 , season 3 is 2009 so as movie you can say she's really aging in the time of movie2009 so as their past actor in season 1(2002) cameo that's why I dnt ship them Yankumi Ren romantically.

Yeah probably Odagiri if anyone. He fully becomes her sidekick in the movie. When he turns up as a student teacher at her current school, he tells her it's only by coincidence, but at the end it's revealed that was a lie and that he specifically applied to teach there. So it seems he is pursuing her romantically but trying to be cool about it. The film writers didn't develop the romance though, just kind of hinted in that direction.
