hello, thread safety? what if subscriber delete subscription from inside react? How to avoid sub id duplication?

hello, simplicity first, complexify later? why would a subscriber delete its subscription inside the method react()? you'd write tests for that to avoid it I guess? Would the sub id duplication complexify the purpose of explaining the observer pattern?
