Keep Digging! 👍 I have an Exterra Pro-- Most of your hits were the same as mine except for the bottle caps you found. Mine hit at 73. 86-89 quarter 76-80 dimes --pennies hit at 64-67 . I got a 14k gold ring that hit at 8-10 copper ring hit in the 70's Silver ring hit at 26-30. It's a great little machine. I've dug $72 in change-- 2 $1 coins each hit at 86 ( thinking they were quarters). and a Kennedy half at 97. All of that in 6 weeks of digging Ohio Dirt. Great vid. Thanks.

I think metal detecting videos are neat. I always of course think it's cool when someone finds something cool especially gold or silver. But I like I said I like metal detecting videos period I think that finding stuff is cool thats why I enjoy metal detecting videos. I need to get me a detector one day(making a car payment right now and other stuff) soooo kinda not in the budget but I do hope to get one in the near future.

Each machine has its strengths, and the x Terra is just a fun machine. My spouse would like it if I won because it would make life easier since I can’t seem to find my wallet. Ever! Hahaha

@@SeekandDetect yep but with notch one can get mirror image of all metal out of 50 rings I tested in that program I have 7 ring's or types ie vdi is rock Solid ie even in park 1 I can hunt in dry or wet. So with the 7 ring's that's over 7000.00 to it plus old silver 🥈 1.oo 2.oo dollar coins easy 600.00 plus ➕ minelab did get it right. Even 800 gets done by bottle cap and 900equinox and they are multiple frequency units.

Yes, definitely. it's not as simple as the Vanquish, but it's easy to get started and you've got some settings to play with as you get better.

Dont be afraid to just go out and leave it in default settings. Turn the sensitivity down to about 15-20 and swing over some planted known targets. You'll pick it up in no time. Watch other hunt videos like mine, but also look around for some setup videos. Just know that the machine will work just fine without changing everything around.

@@dannyjets if you're beach hunting, use beach1 in the dry sand. If the sand is wet from salt water us beach2. Then use plus and minus button to adjust sensitivity. There should be a quick start guide in the box to get you to this point. Then swing and dig!

you know you can charge the equinox off a power bank. ,i was asking minelab. (no replaceable battery). like my gold monster. they said you can run the detector off the power bank. (if the battery goes dead) got one off amazon. $27. my 900 will last. like 8 days i can go look for gold for days. i will smell bad after 2-3 days. 🤣😂🤣😂. have a good day

i have a big powerbank i use to charge detectors and camera gear etc. Once in awhile I forget to charge before leaving the house.
