Look for Demonbane and exorcist Armors they are very effective against Plague doctor OR you can choose to use every item that has poison resistance

if you are asking about gear equipment you can see it at 2:25 , but if you want skill build i just use venomous , dagger, stealth , harass mastery , double jump and brotherhood as passive
