@@zTylers was it guaranteed an auto? If not then I see why but if there was a guarantee they should honor it. Back in the day fleer ultra would have a insert per pack (inserts were the better cards back then) guaranteed abd I didn’t get one sent them the pack and they sent me another one to replace it
