I lived in a studio front lower apt at 77 E Elm back in 1977 and paid $160/month. The building was converted back to single family sometime later and now is woth 2 million plus or minus. It was just a 12 x 14 room with 6 x 6 kitchen and a shower bathroom and a closet. Fun times

I sure wish we had streets and homes like the ones in this video in my western city. Where I live, they stucco washing machine boxes, paint them beige, plant a cactus, charge $800K and call them "luxury homes."

What a cesspool … that place looks so depressing. Like a bunch of houses stuck together. No grass, garbage cans 2ft from the front door, no front porch, for all that money. 1 house has orange bricks stuck to a house with beige bricks. No privacy, just an upgraded set of housing projects. What a cesspool!
