I've been in this business for almost 33 years, and one thing is certain. If you're new to this industry the companies will take advantage. The thing that I don't understand is how they get away with the things that they do. The industry is regulated to death and yet I'd say 65% of these companies are crooks and really should not be in business but continue to exist solely on the victimization of its drivers.

These Americans are no different. You have to understand the business side of this industry like the 49 CFR 371.3 section C of the Fmcsa Broker of properties that states every party on a brokered transaction has a right to review every record of transaction to be kept by these laws. So if you getting paid by percentage as a party (you the owner op ) on a brokered transaction you have a right to review it by checking behind the company by reaching out to the broker to make sure the rate con wasn’t altered which under the 49 CFR 390.35 is a maximum fine of )15000$ for each offense. Many times these company so called policies aren’t in compliance with federal regulations and if you don’t know the law you will be used and abused because ignorance is a business

When you say it was no money how much were you averaging with Gold Coast ? Because they have a rental lease program now and it doesn’t sound bad to me she told me in the Georgia area it’s pretty decent because our fuel isn’t high as other states right now

So when I say it's no money, I mean the brokers are not paying much at all, also gold coast safety rating is very low and a lot of brokers don't want to work with them which also made it hard to pull in revenue. Text me 404-287-5650 I can give you more details.

So you didn't make any money with gold coast.... recruiter had me to do one drug test under one name then told me to re do another one under GCC

So GCC DOT number has a better safety score then GCL however you can book loads under all 3 of their DOT numbers and you still not going to make any money.
