Never change 100% water. It will kill your fish. Aslo never move them out of the tank. Change 50% water only at a time weekly or 75% fortnightly. You have 5 fishes. Upgrade your tank and filter. The bio load is excessive for the tank and filter size. Goldfish can live upto 20 years. But this condition will drastically reduce their lifespan. Enjoy.
