I think its possible to win the jackpot consistently, you have to be really good though and you have to be precise with your shots :D

+ClawD00d So if a jackpot is won, the next goal will increase to your current score plus one hundred points. For example if player A's last score is 1,450, the next goal will increase to 1,550, so that the jackpot will be more difficult. However if jackpot was not won, it would subtract five points.
