Gold is Most Uncorrelated Asset, Bitcoin is Most Correlated Asset

since I'm the first comment here, I'll just note that Jordan called the breakout from the huge gold C&H pattern right around mid-feb 2023 when he suggested that the C&H would likely breakout in "about 9 - 10 months" ... the official breakout was the evening of nov. 30 - morning of dec 1, 2023... exactly 9 - 10 months later.... Jordan should get a lot of credit for that... just wanted to toot his horn here for that... with all the dudes he has on - faber, rule, etc --- ive never heard any of them get gold calls that accurate... not that Jordan was intending to be exact ... but im just noting that was pretty darn exact as it turned out... the C&H still has not broken out fully either... in the fullness of time , I fully expect that. the C&H will lead to gold prices of $5k, 10k, 20K etc... (oops well im the third comment now that ive posted it and refreshed)

@@danielostrom88 right... it is indeed monstrous... but at the same time, gold's C&H was also quite large and also so beautifully formed on the arimetic charts even, that i question whether silver's C&H will actually even play out fully--- without all kinds of absolute hell of one sort or another breaking out... the internet being taken down, ppl being rounded up, etc ... i dont know what the hell will happen... i DO expect that gold's C&H will play out without TOO much commotion... i DO think that gold C&H can break out in SOMETHING of a vacuum -- in the sense that the wealthy have a lot of gold, so they will just get richer and society wont be upended... gold at $8k doesnt NECESSARILY upend society. But silver at $100 i believe DOES necessarily upend society --- in the sense that it will very likely be accompanied by 100s of millions of ppl not being able to afford the necessities of life in the USA. Gold can triple from here in a vacuum to SOME degree... Silver CANNOT triple from here in a vacuum at all... thats my thesis

Jordan your technical analysis has proven to be a great ' gauge' for trends etc. No technical analysis is bullet proof but you do a darn good job of drawing up the data representations and explaining. The latter is a key asset. I can refer back to your earlier talks as weeks later the financial geniuses are declaring what you already gauged for previously. Happy Thanksgiving!

Bitcoin is not for me at all but it’s a great investment for younger people that trust the internet and the cloud. I would rather hold gold stocks because they are real business’s making money as gold prices move higher. Wars can cause the internet to be shut down and the crypto s will be frozen, this is a very real problem with crypto. Gold is real money for 5,000 years that’s why central banks are buying it they don’t but crypto. So I totally agree with you on this. ( I don’t have the shirt yet but I do have the gold tie) my favorite (only) gold pimp.

With a sample size of one (1 bull market) you can make that comparison for this cycle no doubt Frustrated gold guys I have sympathy for but they have picked the wrong asset for now at least. Tested correlation is though if stock market gets crushed so does gold so if your thesis is a break down in the market then probably best to not be there either correct? Just wait for the sell off across the board and see what gets the bid from market .

Precious Metals diverge from equity bear markets at or near the start of secular bear markets. Happened 1929-1931, 1973-1974, 2000-2002, and thats when Gold vs. 60/40 breaks out and accelerates. Hence, the next bear in stocks will send Gold and precious metals much higher.

Maybe but only after it sells off for me. If isolate just the Uber bull from 1968 - 80 there 5 candles greater than 32% (2024 candle) with and average of those green candles during that time 42% . Since 1980 no yr has had a bigger green candle in terms of % than 24 as per 2 -3 weeks ago . Clone of 01-2011 looks like at target for how I use it but 1.618 extension is 3000. Best case push to 3000 and miners to outperform on last push . Euro looks better bet from positioning than gold and miners not performing. Gold and best miners done already outperformed this yr . Let's see
