The Gold Island Wubbox, Rare Wubbox, and Epic Wubbox are the hardest Monsters to the game. You'll need to wait until Anniversary Month to get all 3 Wubboxes on Gold Island. Anniversary Month starts in late August and will end in early October. Also, Epic Wubbox has 5 stages, you'll need to unlock each stages one at a time.

My thoughts on why seasonals don't always add a lot to songs: because they are hard to get and not always obtainable, the creators probably didn't want the songs to rely on them too much or else people wouldn't be able to have what sounds like a complete song
