BRING BACK THE WELCOME LETTER IN THE STATEROOM! And also the bottled water & free gifts (pin, etc) left in the room instead of making us stand in a line to get it ourselves.

@@VacationImpossible we prefer our cruise to be tech free. I work from home so it’s the one time a year that I can just log off for a week and relax. Thankfully, they brought back the Fun Times, but we just went down to get the paper form each day when they cancelled that perk due to Covid.

You would think they would want to give that drink on the first day to get you at the bar and then after the free one you end up drinking more and spending money.

In the last two cruises (11/21,12/21), they didn't give me or remind me to get water, drink, and pin. Next cruise, I hope I remember it.

You don't have to get your water at the bar anymore. Use one of the waters with a price on it. You'll get credited. That's why it says get it at any bar...or... stateroom.

I'm not really sure what you said about the drink on the last day is it one drink or is it as many as you want after 5 since you mentioned the hangover on the last day.

There's the Gold Drink (1) after 5pm on the last day. There's the Platinum Drink (1) during Sea Day Brunch. Unfortunately you don't get both. Then there's the Platinum Party with free Unlimited Drinks usually towards the end of the cruise

I'm a gold member and really the whole vifp program is not good carnival need to do better with the loyalty program be competitive with RC those perks are good get it right carnival.

Not familiar RC's program but VIFP doesn't really get good until you hit Platinum

Going on first cruise next year and these things that you call perks doesn’t sound like perks to me. Becoming a VIFP member doesn’t sound that great either.

It’s a perk if anyone gives you anything their not required to. Your job pays you it’s a perk if you get a bonus or dinner for Thanksgiving or Christmas. Enjoy the cruise
