Jordan - look at the XAU or GDXJ charts since this rally started last spring. 2 things: Note the rallies and selloffs are of similar duration. Not exact, but pretty close. Also, note weakness into end of month and first week of the following. Then strength weeks 2&3, then weakness again. Rinse repeat. IMHO, I'm thinking we could see a low Tuesday or Wed after FOMC. Don't know how long this will continue. Your mileage may vary.

I think a calming down of the ascent is confidence inspiring it's not like there's some major correction I think we all agree that it's going up eventually so "buy the dips" some of us are doing DCA and this is beneficial to our stack

CNN Business finally had an article this week mentioning gold was at record highs, so a correction was due. The article was quite neutral, like it's not a big deal and not very important so it's probably not a major peak and won't correct for too long.

It would be great to have a historical parabolic analysis touching in world affairs, commerce or economics. I'd love to get a sense of when/why we may see that in charts and how things move due to the variables. Not to make your channel sensationalist in any way, of course. But why have we seen these trends before in metals, in real world terms.

Not 100% sure what you mean but interpreting charts is interpreting supply & demand. Gold essentially was in 13-year long cup and handle pattern and so when it moved past $2100/oz, there's a lack of supply (sellers) in the market. And all buyers have a profit so they tend to hold or keep buying. Silver has to chew through supply from $32-$38, then it can really accelerate because there is so little supply from $38 and above. Silver is more tied to inflation, so a move to and above $50 could come with the next wave of inflation.

@TheDailyGold Correct but the last inflationary period was the early 80's and the spike was namely due to the Hunt Brothers for example. What were their numbers? Then Silver Thursday happened, why? Then the war. Etc. Things like that are interesting... And now there's so much to consider.

Exactly he’s going over these charts like if it’s all factual. Who gives a shit about paper contracts in the long-term. You can’t look at this cause then you start buying and selling and that’s when you make a mistake. Look at his net worth versus a Rick rule anybody else that’s in the market, stop trying to catch it. That’s where you lose money. You actually could afford and hold it.

"Technical damage" is a weird phrase. As a long-term junior mining speculator, I'm not going to react to a 3% down week in silver, especially with gold flat at ATH. This is completely normal behavior for PMs. I think he last time you mentioned "technical damage" on the silver chart was around $26. I'm buying juniors based on my idea of where the metals will be in a year or two. I tune out short-term noise, which means that I didn't finish watching this video. "Be right, and sit tight."

You focus way too much I want the stock or the paper contracts are doing the coming day where you’re an analysis is gonna be completely wrong and it goes the other direction to contract or real metals in Europe. It’s very hard to get silver at a bullion dealer for example
