So good to see these somewhat incoherent rambles back! Thanks Brian!

"Ceilings are inside, roofs are outside..." That's why we love this channel, we get to learn valuable little tidbits like that...

But what if they are the same structure as in the ceiling is the same as the roof. I'd say then it's just a roof. I've never heard a barn roof called a ceiling before.😂😂 Brian bring out the important discussions in this tipsy turvy world.

Great video as always Brian. I always look forward to these to deep dive into the details of the game. Keep up the great work! Speaking of Corpus Crispy, did I heard you say "roles will CRISP-allize"?

Good breakdown of individual player and total recap of the game defense and offense. I am sure Painter got a lot of important information from this game just as you did.

I have a bit of a different take. I thought Braden Smith had an off game. He didn't look sharp, and I wonder if he was sick. TKR looked bad, and I worry that Purdue will put way too much on his shoulders this year. Way too many of his shots looked forced. Jacobsen looked solid for a freshman. If this one game is an indicator, Purdue has their 5 spot filled. Colvin was hot the first half and then came back to normal in the second half. However he has improved on defense and is making better decisions. The other freshmen actually look good BUT man if Purdue has to rely on them against good teams, this will be a long year. I really like Berg as a human being. I REALLY want him to be good, but unfortunately if last night is an indicator he will be the 3rd starting center this year. Jacobsen and Burgess are better. In fact Jacobsen is WAY better and Burgess is decent with a high upside. The next question is what happened to Caleb Furst and Heide? Man those guys are good and I hate to see them in the position they are in. Now having said all that. This was one game.

Smith could have easily had upward of 20 assists. There were multiple scenarios where he got someone a great shot but they missed it (2 berg lobs for instance)

They really need to work on their screen setting. I think giving Caleb Furst some additional minutes would help with the screen setting.

This team is going to be really fun to watch. They will have ups and downs, but I love the pieces that Purdue have this year Daniel Jacobson Raleigh Burgess Wilberg, the wing players I think Purdue will surprise some people. They will get better as the season goes along.
