That's not what happened. His arm was in a natural position, the handball was clearly unintentional as the ball was played off his hand at pace, from close range. It was then passed to another player. No handball, goal stands. Its in the rules.

If Son is on his own goal line, with his hands at his side and a shot hits him in his arm, that's not a pen. It blocked a goal but it's still not a pen. It's unfortunate for Spurs that it hit Joelinton in the arm but stop trying to pass the ball through players. This happens every time they play Newcastle. Stop forcing it out from the back.
