You can use energy drinks, energy bars, certain berries, or the tarp and sticks to get energy. Tarp and sticks give a survival tent anywhere for rest, and you can hold C to disassemble it or break it with an axe to keep carrying it Also reminder that the game is in pre release, so they might still add new enemies etc to the game
