Not sure whether you're asking if it's possible or you actually want to organize a 4P session :D If it's the first - yes, RetroArch arcade games support 3-4 player online.

@@obiiWan7 sorry , i mean this golden axe rom only come with 2 player mode, i am using retroarch on iphone and searching for a way to make it 4 players ,

@@arraksawatpanit6969 Press and hold the Start button for a few seconds. That way you should be able to access the DIP Switch settings. There are various settings there such as the difficulty and 2P/3P/4P cabinet version

@@arraksawatpanit6969 Mostly on Fightcade (contrary to the popular belief - it's not just for fighting games). You can find random players there, but you can't use Fightcade on a smart phone, has to be a PC/Mac. There's no real lobbies/rooms on RetroArch so finding a random player to play with is not really a thing, it has to be friends or players you schedule a game with via Discord or something like that.
