I'm so glad I stumbled upon this gem of a show. Kintaro is one of the best characters I've ever seen in anime. I usually prefer subs over dubs, but the dub for this show was top notch. If only the dubs we get nowadays were this good... And I loved how they brought all the characters together for this final episode. But man, would it kill Kintaro to fuck at least one of these girls? Like, c'mon man. Show them some love! Although, I do have great respect for him for being so dedicated to his studies and not completely giving in to temptation. Truly a Golden Boy.

wow Iv watched the entire series throughout a single day, the character was super relatable & noble. thinking back how I improved myself after every job I have taken up until now (currently 26yrs). the amount of work and dedication required to display such animation is explained through this final episode. What i also like, is how the creator brought back all his past experience (connections) to the last episode in order create such a masterpiece. A product that was able to be produced by his sheer will & determination (even with set backs & challenges). season 2 is required Hats off to the creator (There are no jobs that are unimportant) Truly Genius ~~

I watched this anime specifically to laugh, and damn did it succeed in doing so, but damn man. I didn't expect to feel so moved by the end, by how against all odds he met the deadline with flying colors with the help of all the girls who want to repay him (or they're just thirsty, whatever) Also strangely deep how they show Kintaro to be a perverted dork who messes things up, but he's still always so happy and brightens everyone's day. Also still, Chie is so adorable, it's like they saved the best girl for last. Noriko is a close second.
