My fiancé was kind enough to pay to hire a harpist to play this song as I walk down the aisle. It’s been a fascination of mine since a child. The song seems to show up in moments of immense joy and in my moments of overwhelming sorrow. Although I never figured out it’s true meaning until much later, my father always used to tell me it reminded him of the way my hair reflected the sunlight when he’d see me out playing as a child. Edit: yes I’m aware the song is about heroin lmao
