you can paint it with very thin layer of green wash, spray it with hair spray for protective layer (also it works like lens so it is more transpatent), and it will work (i know beacuse i painted it over blue technoblade piece and it got green and transparent and it works like a charm)

For the head it should have been energy core lloyd becauce energy core kai and jay have same dragon form face

The Kai and Jay dragon forms use the head from the March 2024 Ninjago Core spinners and because Lloyd got one of them you could’ve just used that head to make it more in line with the rest of them

You are totally right. I actually had no idea that these core minifigs had the same heads as the Golden Dragon ones. This Lloyd's head should definitely be used for this custom. Thanks for this information.

I had a 2 of the dragon form jay so i just used the armor, wings and mask from that and then i used my spare oni lloyd legs and torso with the EVO Core spinjitzu head for lloyd Like a Golden Oni Dragon Form Lloyd

That also is a good way to create a Dragon Form version of Lloyd. But the wings and other parts wouldn't have the transparent green, so I didn't really like that

Well luckily, no parts required any sculpting, so you just need paint and a base for the minifigure. If you want to give it a shot, I recommend using these Golden Dragon minifigs from AliExpress, because one has transparent green parts.
