Still, it made me laugh decades later when one of Hillary Clinton's vapid 20-something aides chose this song for her Presidential campaign without knowing what it was about. Needless to say, after some response from social media, the song was quickly pulled. The question I've never been able to answer is at the end of the music video, was the character continually imagining everything as beautiful (including imagining his nurse as his perfect woman) or did he finally find his perfect woman and was unable to "do" anything about it due to the surgery?
